Guide About How to Convert?

Step 1

Install and start the conversion of NSF data by clicking on Browse tab

Step 2

Select the .nsf file and click on mentioned Open option

Step 3

To choose contact file of Lotus Notes click on second mentioned Browse

Step 4

Here select names.nsf file for migration and click on Open

Step 5

Two distinct options are provided by the software check the boxes if required

Step 6

The tool offer Email, Calendar, Task and Journal filters to export specific data of particular date range, choose them as per need

Step 7

Feature to Exclude Duplicate Contacts is also provided, check the box for the omission of identical contacts

Step 8

Select the Advance Setting to make the conversion more convenient.

Step 9

Check the boxes to save HTML formatting, Internet Header, Doc Links to save them after conversion

Step 10

For the mapping of canonical values in needed SMTP address, check the box and select required format

Step 11

Software also offer Folder Mapping option via which other language users can map NSF file system folders with the Outlook existing and user defined folders

Step 12

To get NSF data into required size of PST file check the box Split Options and provide the size in MB or Gb as per need

Step 13

After opting for all features, finally click on Export to begin conversion

Step 14

In this step the tools displays the Final Report of conversion, click on Save Report to view the details in CSV format
